I've tried international TV. Yes, there are probably that many channels out there. Tuning them in when you want to watch them is problematical. I believe there is freeware software available to assist in this.
Sporadic claims of being able to watch a distant football game occasionally. But for entertainment value the internet still pales compared to commercial TV.
