I'm using Eudora on Mac, so I can't give you a detailed protocol.
This is just a guess on how to solve your corrupted mailbox problem,
but I think it should work. Create a new mailbox in Eudora with the
name "Temp". Quit Eudora and go (via Windows Explorer or My Computer)
to the place where Eudora stores your Mailboxes (Documents and
Settings\username\Eudora Folder\Mail Folder\)? Delete the Junk
mailbox (I assume that you don't need anything there, if you do,
transfer them out before starting this process). Rename Temp mailbox
to Junk. Restart Eudora.
