Not sure where you are looking, but there are 70 dollar unlimited data cell data plans out there, and 100 dollar unlimited everything plans. These plans have various ways of tethering to a laptop if you are looking for that. This can be extra cost, or something simply not denied by the carrier and allowed to be done for free. Tmo is supposed to be coming out with some killer data plans also to fight what sprint is doing.
