The last few contests when linux, os x and windows were all on a level
playing field, linux was the only one that took any 'work' to get
compromised.

The idea is, the true test of security is to have the same rules applied
across the board, more of a scientific test than one out in the real world.
The point is motivation, there is simply more money in windows
vulnerabilities.
