Yes.  But the rest of the hardware is pretty nice, the resolution
especially.  I wonder if Apple will announce in january a speed bump to
their iphone line, it's getting dated.  The snapdragon is going to start
appearing in more and more phones across the board, offering nice video
playback etc.
