I hold the US to a higher standard, we fall behind the rest of the world in our panting acquiescence. The reliability of our phone networks - let alone the clarity of audio - is pitiable. Our "broadband" - isn't. Not sure, but I do believe you've made this point as economic factor in global economy, to which we are now wed - except when scoring parochial points.
