No, this says that laissez-faire lack of regulation is a deadly mistake.

Worse, instead of fixing the problem, the wing nut solution is to protect the evil doers and take away the injured people's right to compensation.

If bad doctors and hospitals were closed down, insurance rates would go down (provided that the insurance companies did not simply pocket the money).
