1. Control Panel Only a few things in the Control work. Every one that doesn't work, gives me the same error-
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe 2. Start Menu/System Tray The reason for combining those two, is that, Norton Security Suite for example, will run when I click on the icon in the System Tray but, not from the Start Menu. I will be asked what I want to open the program with. If I go through the 'Run' command, the same thing happens, that happened going from the Start Menu.
