I have been using the Acer Aspire Revo R3610-U9012 for a few months as part of a home theater setup and it has been fine. This is more expensive than the AR1600 but it comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse (which I needed) plus Windows 7 with its built-in security program, which seems to work. It's amazingly quiet and small, and I understand it can be attached to the back of a flat display to keep it off your desk and out of sight.
