You are assuming a lot. So far no one has been tried and convicted. Therefore, legally, no illegalities have occurred. When it's been deemed, tried and a jury says so, then you can rightfully claim illegalities occurred. I'll say the same to you that I said to Tipa, I guess you're excused from the jury.
