This message could be more helpful... something like: "Attempted to flash a connectivity file. The connectivity file is meant to communicate with the Harmony website to confirm that a Harmony remote is available for update. Use the '-t' option to communicate with Harmony." Or something along those lines. That might be a bit too much detail, but I personally overlooked this two stage process when I first used the software. Thanks.
