I've put up the latest version of my debian packaging (both source and binaries) at: ftp://ftp.dairiki.org/pub/concordance/ As stated previously, I threw this together for my own personal use --- it's probably not perfect. The package is built from a recent CVS version of concordance for Debian Etch.
