I've finally got something together that allows some functionality with 
the MyHarmony web service (the special web service that is required for 
the 200, 300, etc).  The code is available in the Congruity Git in the 
mhgui branch.  At this point, the only functionality available is to 
download a config file, so users will still have to use the Silverlight 
GUI to do everything else (change remote settings, etc).  The config file 
can then be written to a remote using a patched version of concordance. 
Eventually, I plan to have this code hook into Congruity directly.

I was planning on just including this code as part of Congruity, rather 
than as a separate project (unless you have any strong objections, 
Stephen).

Feedback and comments are welcome.  Also, if anyone can think of a better 
name than "MHGUI" I am all ears.  :-)
