Hello Erik,
Concordance doesn't really have a user interface - you can't type commands
into it. It's strictly a command-line application.
The way it's intended to be used: you use the Logitech website and when
the website prompts you to download a file (such as Connectivity.EZHex,
Update.EZHex, etc.), save that file. Then, open a command prompt and
run "concordance.exe <path_to_file>". Concordance will then communicate
with your remote and apply the update.
Congruity, a GUI application, can be used with Concordance to make the
process a little easier. If you have Congruity installed, you can just
open the downloaded files with Congruity and it will apply them with
Concordance.
Note that Concordance is mainly intended for use on Linux where there is
not official software from Logitech. On Windows it has not been used as
much, although it should work.
