Hello Erik,

Concordance doesn't really have a user interface - you can't type commands into it. It's strictly a command-line application.

The way it's intended to be used: you use the Logitech website and when the website prompts you to download a file (such as Connectivity.EZHex, Update.EZHex, etc.), save that file. Then, open a command prompt and run "concordance.exe <path_to_file>". Concordance will then communicate with your remote and apply the update.

Congruity, a GUI application, can be used with Concordance to make the process a little easier. If you have Congruity installed, you can just open the downloaded files with Congruity and it will apply them with Concordance.

Note that Concordance is mainly intended for use on Linux where there is not official software from Logitech. On Windows it has not been used as much, although it should work.
