Folks - I know we've rumbled about this in the past, but I thought I would revisit the topic periodically (scratch the itch).
To be more direct, "What are the limiters/detractors to moving the code base to github?". I kind of see this as only a win-win for condor and community, as it offloads administrative issues ++ opens up to > community involvement by those who would wish to contribute back.
