Basicnya sih bukan linuxnya apa, tapi network cardnya bagaimana. Apakah sudah Gbps atau masih Mbps. Kalau pun ingin sekedar simulasi transfer data menggunakan 2 pc linux, namun kita hanya mempunyai 1 pc saja, maka solusinya adalah virtualisasi. Proxmox adalah salah satu solusi virtualisasi. Tapi perlu diingat, proxmox ini baremetal hypervisor seperti VMWare ESXi dan Xen Citrix. Solusi paling mudahnya yaitu menggunakan Virtualbox. Itu sudah cukup kalau mau sekedar testing transfer data antara 2 OS Linux.
