I know (and regret I probably won't be able to be at the conference before Wednesday afternoon).

What I mean to say, is with a sort of humour, if you announce that Chinese will be an important language, because of the interest and contribution. This works bad in a PR, but can do well in blogs, personal contacts with journalists.
