In the spirit of f56a7140, this patch uses the same idea to detect 32-bit Raspberry Pi OS (which is a 64-bit kernel with 32-bit userland). Before this patch, config.guess gives aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu; with this patch it gives armv8l-unknown-linux-gnueabihf.
