Here's release 0.23. It's mostly bug fixes. In an earlier email I listed some bugs. The following ones should be fixed:
* a workaround hack to give the minibuffer focus drops keys because of a race condition * switching buffers sometimes loses focus * cant maximize window (this was for windows.
