It has been there for a while, but unfortunately, like most features of
Conkeror, is undocumented.

To everyone: Feel free to edit the wiki as you come across features that
are undocumented. To get write access, simply create an account and
then either send me an e-mail or ask on #conkeror. (This is done just
to avoid spam.)

Unfortunately, I don't know about these preferences, but you might have
some luck by changing preferences in Firefox using the UI, and then
seeing what prefs are set.
