At work where I'm ``forced'' to use MS-Windows I use an
alternate desktop shell called BBlite, which is one of a
number of Blackbox-based window managers for Windows. It's
not a tiling window manager but it's better than default
Windows (in my opinion).
Personally, I have nothing against the mouse -- sometimes I
find them useful -- I just have something against software
that /requires/ me to use it.
