Hi,

>From what you describe, I would think that this is somehting that
was left on your hard drive between reinstallation, like your profile.
Have a look at your ~/.conkeror.mozdev.org or maybe remove/move it, to
at least see if it's working again.

Keep in mind that some settings or suggestions etc may be stored
there... So if you remove it you'll lost them, if you don't have much
configured except via you rc file, that should be find.
