Funny you should ask. I was inspired to cook up a recipe to do just
that today. Bind a key in your window manager to the following command:
conkeror -batch -e 'if (w=window_watcher.activeWindow) {
unfocus(w.buffers.current);
w.minibuffer.message("focus regained");
}'
