Sure, keybindings could be changed in .conkerorrc. But C-c and C-x (which
would be needed for copy and cut) are prefixes used for calling a lot of
Emacs/Conkeror functions. So the ideal behaviour would mimic Emacs, namely
C-c and C-x would usually have their normal values, except when some region
is active (some text is selected/highlighted), in which case they would
would copy-to-clipboard and kill-to-clipboard like M-w and C-w.
