As you know, in Center for National Security Studies v. DOJ, the DC circuit ruled 
today that the feds did not have to disclose the names of more than 700 people 
detained in the aftermath of Sept. 11.  The decisions can be found at 
http://laws.lp.findlaw.com/dc/025254a.html.

I know some folks think this information is not exactly relevant to an understanding 
of constitutional law, but just for the record, the two judges in the majority 
(Sentelle and Henderson) were appointed by Reagan and Bush I; the dissenting judge 
(Tatel) is a Clinton appointee.  The district court judge who was overturned (Kessler) 
was appointed by Clinton.
