I read an article on the internet (from a source that has a strong point of view) that made the following statement about Justice Ginsburg:
"When US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an attorney for the ACLU, she co-authored a report recommending that the age of consent for sexual acts be lowered to 12 years of age." Does anyone know if this is true? If so, where can I find this "report"?
