I have received several questions regarding the Penn Law Review symposium on "The Law of Democracy" to take place next February. Just to clarify: the symposium will cover topics that run the gamut of election law -- redistricting, campaign finance, election/ballot reform, political parties etc. Abstracts or proposals should be sent by August 10 to Rosanna Taormina ([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
