I'm puzzled by the rules of this parlor game.

How about the following amendment. Graber gets to amend the
constitution anytime he wants to.

Or is it the case, as the Genie tells Alladin, "can't wish for more
wishes" (does all power to Graber violate this rule? Does a complete
design of Article I violate this rule.

One of the features of magic wishes is that the rest of the universe is
held constant. Suppose I wish for the following amendment.

All income 50% greater than the average income is taxed at 100%. All
wealth greater than 50% of average wealth is taxed at the same 100%
rate.

As part of my magic wish, is it the case that

a) this amendment never gets repealed
b) this amendment is always interpreted as I would interpret it
c) this amendment is otherwise complied with by all public officials
d) all citizens acquire the attitudes towards wealth consistent for the
support of this amendment

Until I can figure out the rules of the magic wish game, I can't figure
out what to wish for. I am pretty sure, however, that no one but a law
professor would sieh for revisions in Article III is that is the only
constitutional wish they got.
