Robin: in response to your question, I think someone on the list last year suggested Peter Strauss' book on administrative law for foreign lawyers -- the first couple of chapters. I looked at it and found it very useful for my Con Law class (a lot of law students seem to have little or no knowledge of our government's structure -- I don't know what they learn in high school or college these days). I put it on reserve and a number of students said they found it very helpful. Betsy
