Dear Kim: We met a while ago at an AALS event. You gave a great talk and we spoke afterwards. I'm teaching a course on Constitutionalism in Emerging Nations this Spring here at Notre Dame. I'm wondering if the Hungarian Constitutional Court decisions are at all available in English translations? Any help there would be appreciated. And do you know anything about Israeli high court decisions? Thanks much.
