In response to Professor Zeitlow's question, Aronow v. United States,
432 F.2d 242 (9th Cir. 1970), upheld the National Motto insofar as it
is "patriotic and ceremonial" and "has no theological or ritualistic
impact."  Id. at 243.  There may also be other cases.
