Hi Erlend,
Since the parameters are completely local to the postgresql driver, I'd prefer
to move them into that class. I'll make the change and attach a new patch.
Also, in the future, as the "HowToContribute" page says, it would be good to
try and avoid making unrelated changes, such as the expansion of imports. But
that's a minor issue. Thanks for the contribution!
