I messed up here because of the confusion between whether our previous
connectors-private discussion constituted a vote or not.  For the
purposes of informing the incubator, it did not.  We had tentatively
agreed internally that it did, however.

But since a formal vote has been called, we *do* need to wait the
prerequisite 72 hours before declaring it closed.  Once again, my
apologies.
