Add the mail archive links to the mail.html page

I think this would best be added to the "mail.html" page, which
describes the mail lists and how to sign up for them.

Found the root links, this is nice. Might want to add these to the FAQ. Do you
know if there is a way to view snippets of the messages without having to click

posts. Try googling "ManifoldCF eclipse" to see what I mean.
