There's a dependency we definitely can't include: activation-1.1.jar. This jar
is licensed by Sun/Oracle, which is incompatible with the Apache license.
There is a "geronimo" reimplementation that's currently included with
ManifoldCF which might work in this context, however. See:

I'll try to replace things accordingly once I figure out whether there is a
saaj conflict.
