I've merged the latest patch into the branch. The ACE form, however, will need
to use the same conventions as all other repository connectors - so instead of
relying on Solr knowing the form of the permission tokens, you'll need to
convert these to opaque strings and write an authority connector that can map a
user name to a set of access tokens.
