I've started a branch,
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/lcf/branches/CONNECTORS-240, that we
can use to assemble the documentation for this ticket. If you let me know when
to expect more, I can time its merge into trunk appropriately for the 0.3
release.
