The war files are currently placed in both the multiprocess example and the
single process example. We could have them delivered instead to the main dist
area, and referenced by the examples using "..". In order to make this
reasonably configurable, however, we'd also probably want to add properties.xml
properties in the single process example that provides paths to the wars
explicitly.
