Since the 0.5 release is going to be about internationalization and Velocity
primarily, we need to spend time now to get the Velocity usage in good example
form.
Specifically, I think best practice ought to be to have a separate template for
each tab. Then the connector code can call all the templates one after
another. It makes it easy to add a tab, and easy to maintain.
Each template, then, becomes responsible for managing both the tab in its
hidden form, as well as the tab in its displayed form.
We can do something similar for the "view" templates.
