Now integration tests run correctly form Maven, using ES with the attachment
plugin :D
I also added the Ant script to download a ready-to-run ElasticSearch
installation with the attachment plugin correctly configured (ES
download-dependencies->test-materials-proprietary).
I think that we only need to add in the Ant script all the needed dependencies:
ElasticSearch + Attachment plugin (includes Tika).
