so for some reason you create a proper message that I could apply with
git am, but then it gets wrapped into another one. Maybe that is a
problem with Outlook. No idea.

So what I do is to save the whole message and then call git am on it.
That takes it from the first From and that that is your Outlook wrapped
part. Sorry, but you might be just better of using git send-email and
talk to the SMTP server directly.
