No, nothing seems to be wrong with my network infrastructure, I can get an IP address with 0.48, but if i use 0.49 or newer it's just not works, i compile connnman with the same configurations options, --enable-debug --enable-udhcp --enable-ethernet --disable-dhclient --disable-wifi --disable-bluetooth --disable-resolvconf --disable-ofono --disable-fake --disable-test --disable-udev
I test on Ubuntu lucid whith udhcpc ( because i use udhcpc on our robot ) but it does not work whith dhclient too, I give you the trace from wireshark. one with connman 0.48 one with 0.49 2010/7/8 Marcel Holtmann <[email protected]> > Hi Julien, > > > I' ve some strange issue since connman 0.49, I can't get an ip address > with > > udhcpc or dhclient plugins, > > I 've analysed the communication with Wireshark, it appears that connman > try > > to get an ip address but don't get the response. > > Perrhaps i need to enable udev or something else. > > I have no problem with this.
