Samual, can you test if this version works for OpenConnect plugin?

Marcel, I am unable to get the automake thing right for adding
plugins/vpn.c. If it is listed at both plugins then the linker
complains with doulbe declreations. I have now added a hack so that it
is only added to the build sources if the OpenConnect or the OpenVPN
plugins are enabled.
The OpenVPN plugin needs some more love. At least on my fedora 12 box
at home it didn't work.
