Hi folks,

ConnMan 0.69 was released on February 6th. With 32 commits from 7 different
contributors, this was a shorter than usual release. It was mostly intended
for completing the tethering support.

We pushed a couple new features and some fixes:

- WiFi tethering support. Also, we now support tethering enablement per
technology.

- USB tethering support fixes from Guillaume Lucas (Intel).

- PACrunner proxy driver from Mohamed Abbas (Intel): The PACRunner plugin
implements a proxy driver that is already used by the portal code in order to
use the right proxies.

- Some dnsproxy and stats fixes from Daniel Wagner (BMW) and Grant Erickson.

You can fetch signed tarballs for ConnMan 0.69 [1] [2], but you can also get
the latest code from our git tree [3].

Cheers,
Samuel.
