Here is a third version of the previous patchset. However, this ones adds more
patches to fix
issues like: if hard rfkilled, devices should be affected, and setting powered
on cannot be done etc...
(patch 4 and 6, 5 is a cleaning patch).
Rest is as before (plus Patrik's comment applied on patch 2)
As it has been said earlier, this fits with API 1.0 only. On next version of
the API, we should try
to be smarter is possible.
