Steps :
1. insert the dongle
2. ./enable-modem
3. ./enter-pin /mbm_1 pin XXXX (the pin is secret :))
4. ./online-modem
5. ./activate-context.
Step 4 and 5 are not needed if ConnMan is running. ConnMan should do
that but that is not likely to be the source of problems.
