One should add a check for the autoconnect reason and
SessionAutoConnectMode already in __connman_service_auto_connect() and
not schedule run_auto_connect() if SessionAutoConnectMode is set and a
normal autoconnect is commenced.
The autoconnect reason needs also to be handed over to
auto_connect_service(), so that it can make the correct decision (and
perhaps make the code more readable than what it is now).
