So ConnMan actually tries to do a HTTP connect to ipv{4,6}.connman.net
in order declare a service "online". Is this why it needs the correct
proxy itself in order to execute this request. In general, I'm a
little confused why ConnMan needs to be involved with proxies unless
the internal NTP, DNS, and "online" requests generated by ConnMan must
be routed through the proxy. Are these the use-cases where ConnMan
needs to utilize the services of a proxy? Are there any others?

Thanks . . .

Glenn
