Hi,
If user has a .config file and that service is provisioned i.e.,
it is created successfully, then user is able to change the auto
connect flag of the service. Unfortunately this value change was
not preserved across ConnMan restarts. After this patch, the
autoconnect status of the service is remembered properly.
