There is no change in connect behaviour from the perspective of Connman. Network services still connect or fail as expected. It is the notifications, by way of DBus method replies, that changed. I noticed it as a change in behaviour of an external application (the system connection dialog in Jolla/SailfishOS). The dialog was expecting the error replies which no longer arrive.
